……………and that’s just to name a few.

On the morning of your heli-skiing adventure, your instructors will check the weather, to make sure they’re not getting you out of bed for nothing. Then if everything is AOK, you’ll be picked up and taken to a staging place. This is where you will meet the other skiers, your instructors, and your pilot for the day. If they are anything like the Nevis bungee guys I met, they’re nuts. You’ll then go over all the safety rules. Then into the chopper for your first run of the day. Depending on the conditions, is where you’ll be taken. At around noon you’ll be treated to a gourmet lunch, (a buffet). There you can talk with other groups and compare crashes. After lunch it’s back to the slopes.

Go for it. It’s the ultimate in outdoor adventure activity in New Zealand.
